This place is really gorgeous with very nice common areas. Very nice staff, delicious breakfast with lots of fruit. Excellent location in the heart of the beautiful Paraty. Valet parking!
Quite costly and we woke up at night by very loud noises from the street (but we also stayed in the only room that was directly facing the noisy street). They charge a service fee of 10 percent on top of the price you see on booking websites.

We had a great stay at Pousada Do Ouro. The location in the old city center was perfect for exploring. The staff was friendly and spoke English. The room was comfortable and as advertised. The pool and bar area was cozy and enjoyable.

Ants in our room, hundreds of them in the registration book. Travel back and forth to our room from the main lobby over wet rocks and difficulty getting the door open once there.

It is situated in the Old Town close to everything and they have kept the old style theme. Well maintained and friendly staff. The staff communicated well in English.

The gardens, the little ones in the room and the big one round the swimming pool and the breakfast.

Beautiful colonial building with clean and comfortable rooms. The location is superb, close to the bay and surrounded by greenery. Breakfast is good too, with a variety of choices for all tastes.
The Wi-Fi was really slow and it was a struggle to get any work done. , the front desk staff was not very helpful or friendly.

This hotel is an absolute gem! the value for money is outstanding, especially considering its prime location right in the heart of the historic center, just a stone's throw from the waterfront. The attention to detail in the rooms is fantastic, with beautiful balconies on the first floor that offer picturesque views. The beds are enormous and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. And let's not forget about the breakfast, where you can indulge in homemade yogurt – a delightful touch that sets this hotel apart.
